About Me.

A sport performance connoisseur with experience across the entire spectrum or sport and competition levels. I use a combination of athlete experience, performance testing, athlete monitoring and performance outcomes to identify areas needing improvement.  Utilizing evidence-based programing, advanced data analytics, and  individualized athlete monitoring feeds an optimized performance enhancement system.
